The new headquarters of Berliner Stadtreinigung BSR is being built at Südkreuz
Berliner Stadtreinigung (Berlin Waste Management, BSR) will realize the winning draft by ARGE Franz & Sue x Schenker Salvi Weber on its 12,000 m² site opposite Südkreuz station in Berlin-Schöneberg. The building ensemble in sustainable and climate-friendly timber hybrid construction will house the headquarters of BSR in the northern part and serve as a competence center for recycling management. In the southern part, high-quality, light-flooded office space will be created on 17 floors as rental space for other companies – BSR has brought its partner Berlinovo on board for this.
