Your role: Construction management & project supervision
You will manage and supervise complex construction projects – and ensure that the quality meets the high demands of our clients. As the person in charge, you keep an eye on the big picture as well as the technical details – and ensure the high-quality and technically correct implementation of the architectural design. You manage deadlines and costs with confidence and confidently represent the goals of our clients and our company.

Your personal and professional foundation
Degree as an architect (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d) or similar
Professional experience in the field of project supervision or construction management in building construction
Good knowledge of VOB, the relevant technical and official regulations and the instruments of project supervision
Confident manner in dealing with the construction companies involved in the project
Ability to work independently as well as economic thinking and acting
