We enable students to gain practical experience as they study. We even conclude employee contracts with them, for example for 20 hours per month. So, both sides know where they stand. Once they have their Master’s degree in their pockets, most of them start working with us on a regular basis.
We are also happy to provide technical support for Master’s theses, provided that the topic has some relevance to BAL.
Students who want to get a taste of life on the construction site are also welcome to join our projects. We offer them the opportunity to take on real construction manager tasks, but we expect continuous commitment. During the semester you should be able to give us one day a week of your time, during the semester break you should have more time.
