We facilitate the path into the company for new employees by providing active relocation assistance. Upon request, our employees can receive a job ticket for local public transport, which they can use to travel free of charge. We have developed a flexible bonus system to enable our employees to share in the company’s success or to honour exceptional achievements. Although we cannot promise you that you will never have to work overtime at BAL, we can promise that you will be paid for it. In addition, we support you by contributing to a employee/employer saving plan.
In principle, we offer the option of part-time work and are open to individual working time arrangements or home office work if the current work situation permits. We offer a wide range of training and development opportunities to help employees build on their strengths and pursue personal career goals.
