It is our mission to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations in every respect. To guarantee and further develop uniform standards, we introduced an internal quality management system (QMS) in 2008 and have been certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 2010.
In order to completely satisfy the interests of our customers and clients, we have adopted the principle of project guidance as a key element of our quality management system. This clearly defines BAL’s roles and responsibilities, which are based around coordinating and supporting all project participants until the project objective is achieved.
At BAL, quality management is not just an empty phrase, but an integral part of everyday life. All employees receive regular training to ensure they are familiar with the definitions and instruments of the QMS and how to use them. The BAL wiki helps employees with specific questions in their daily work and enables them to obtain information about details of our QM processes at any time. In this way, we guarantee a uniform level of quality across the entire company, from the BAL headquarters at Lützowplatz to every single construction site where we operate. In addition, we cultivate an environment where employees are encouraged to suggest improvements, and everyone can benefit from the systematic evaluation of feedback from projects.
